Ideal location, relaxing view (balcony), friendly and accomodating staff, i tried their hot americano and bacon with egg n rice breakfast and they're so good. Also nice to have a water heater available at all times. Needs improvement: Bottled water, coffee, tea and trash bags refill, no closet for extra clothes, needs bigger ref for cold drinks, no vanity, whole body mirror near the door.

Very accessible from Genesis Terminal. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Room was cozy. For improvement: Our room’s toilet though had a consistent leak despite already being checked by the maintenance. Please invest in a signage with lights so that the hotel is more visible especially at night.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, conveniently situated close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made getting around the city very easy. The room was clean and the bed was cozy The staff were friendly and helpful, Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

hotel location: near SM Baguio and Baguio Cathedral. The only struggle I encountered is going back to the hotel from Burnham Park as it's uphill. breakfast: minimal choice for the breakfast buffet. In the good side, the food tastes good. service: staffs are all nice and greets you warmly
