The staff are very warm, accommodating, and helpful. They even upgraded our room to a much larger one at no extra charge. I highly recommend this hotel in Sapa. The hotel itself is quite the hike, around 5mins going down or up depending on where you start. but the view in the morning and the rooms with amenities are more than worth it. not mentioning the receptionist who was very welcoming, kind, and was a very good english speaker. overall, 10/10

If I could only give 100 points, would gladly do so. their hospitality was superb! always greeting us with a smile. also suggesting must try activities and restaurants and also provided us a map for our guide. on our last day, we had our meal earlier as we will be picked up early in the morning and Mr. Kim additionally gave us banh mi’s to eat on our way to Hanoi. also would like to commend the lady in the conceirge at night (June 8) I forgot to ask her name. we had a great time chatting to you and thanks for the food recommendations! :) would highly recommend this hotel and if we were given a chance to travel to SAPA again, without a doubt will stay again here. thanks a lot!!
