We did not end up staying at this hotel. I booked last minute as we needed a place to hang for the day between our hotel check out at 10am and our red eye flight at midnight, and there was a deal on Expedia. After booking, I read the reviews and got nervous. It was nearby so we decided to walk over and view prior to check in. The hotel was in really bad shape (at least, the first floor which is all we saw, maybe the upstairs/rooms were different). There was a strong odor of mold immediately upon entry, the floors were sticky, and there was visible dust covering everything on the walls. There was stuff piled everywhere, feeling very much like a hoard. There was a strange man changing in the hallway, maybe they were not expecting anyone to be walking around but it creeped me out. I feel bad leaving a review without having stayed there, but once we went in it was an immediate NO. We took the loss on the booking and paid again for a different hotel. We felt based on what we saw that we had to report in a review to alert other potential guests. I really hope the place gets cleaned up, it has a lot of potential, but we would not recommend based on the current state.

This is not a four star hotel as advertised. Staff were friendly but the place smelt of damp and old cigarettes - I left after one night and moved to another hotel

Staying at Casa Falleri is spending the night in a museum! The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself is eclectic and beautiful, the bed was comfy, the made to order breakfast was simple and delicious, and the location cpuld not have been better. A quick walk to the main square and ocean views, i would absolutely recommend this hotel and would book again if i were to return to Barranco.

The entire property smelt wet and like cigarettes. I spent 1 hour there and then booked another accommodation. They gave me 1/3 of my money back after I said I wouldn’t be staying. They also failed to pick me up from the airport when they offered to pick me up. The managers do not communicate properly and the place is ran down with stains everywhere in the main areas. Book elsewhere

The staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quirky, but in a great way. It's very unique, and the antiques and decor give it character. I've seen conflicting reviews online, but we really enjoyed the stay and it was exactly what we needed for our night in Lima.

This listing is very misleading and the price is way too high. It is listed as a four star hotel on Google for some reason but it’s not at all. The entire building smells strongly of mildew and there was visible mold on the bathroom walls. The front gate is locked with a bike lock overnight and you will need to call for someone to let you in or out of the building. There are much much nicer places in the area for cheaper prices. They offer a $30 USD ride from the airport: uber is half the price.

A short walk to excellent dining options and local attractions. The hotel is quirky and full of old collectibles. The staff are great, very friendly and keen to help make your stay enjoyable.
