Check-in can be done manually or electronically. There's a machine that will read your passport details and the room keycard will be dispensed once your details are confirmed. There was a staff who was assisting me with the machine as I was checking in. Checking out was also easy. The room felt a little cramped with my large luggage opened even when it was perched on the luggage rack but it was manageable. The room I got was really ideal for just one person. If there were two people there, it would be a bit of a challenge walking around. I like that it was near Nagoya Station (maybe 500-600 meters away). The bed was comfortable for me. Air conditioning fan strength can be adjusted (low-mid-high) but the temperature was fixed (centralized).
