My family and I stayed at this hotel last Dec.28, 2025 and spent my birthday there. We booked 2 Superior rooms.
PROS:
-big corridor
-spacious reception area
-big and clean room
-room temperature was very efficient and cold.
-Japanese toilet bowl (warm in the toilet seat)
-room service and staff were attentive to your request.
-you can drink sodas inside the fridge.
-complimentary coffee and tea bags.
CONS:
-tiles in the bathroom was old and has dark spots.
-spent birthday lunch at Toscana Dining and not worth the price of 2,186php because food selections.
-interior of the dining area was old and dim lights.
-parking area full of rubbish
-pool not heated and small.
Overall, I had a great time staying there but will think twice if I come back when staying at 5 star hotel.
