The rI was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The pictures appear to be heavily edited, and the actual room was in poor condition. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and worn out, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning did not work properly, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, the same problem occurred every day. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout the stay. Another major issue was the frequent power outages. Electricity went out approximately three times a day, and the hotel had no backup power system in place, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, and the condition of the facilities was far below what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here

The room was clean, the location and its view was really nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was good overall but same food everytime becomes repetitive.

I was here to celebrate my birthday with my partner. The stay started off with the beds being separate even tho we requested a king size bed. We then had a cockroach in the room which the staff member killed instead of changing the room for us. The hotel told us they would provide a small birthday cake, which was never provided. It was a nice hotel, in a decent location but probably would not come back.

Everything was great overall, but the breakfast area was quite warm and only had fans for cooling. The daily food options were also the same each day and not warm.

Bedding linens are old, poor quality. Towels are badly frayed, worn out. Food served at daily buffet stay the same throughout the week. Service is slow. Staff is not attentive, too many loud talks among themselves. Refused to issue 2nd key room causing lots of inconvenience.

Wasn’t really good experience at all, aircon went off at midnight really dirty bathroom and mould on the shower and toilet area, toilet wasn’t clean properly, we felt Like we are in the oven at midnight, booked another apartment for next day.
