施設が古い。従業員の覇気がなく、どんよりしている。朝食もサービスも一昔前から変わっていない。バブル時代の名残を感じる。大浴場が外に行きづらいのではいれなかった。

露天風呂も快適だし、 サウナに水風呂もあり最高でした。 紅葉シーズンの始まりで、 散歩したり、くつろいだりするのにもピッタリです。蓼科ビーナスラインも近くて、 買い物や食事にも便利で大満足でした。
