Transfer services (surcharge) between hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and Halong are available and must be requested in advance. Guests staying in other areas should go to the property's office at 7:45 AM for transfers to the port. The office is located at 9 Hang Huong St. Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi. Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change upon weather and operational conditions.
