location is very good, it’s right next Wakayama station. i park my car in the parking building next to it, it was convenient. the sky spa of the hotel is splendid, the breakfast is buffet. this hotel is a great choice for tourists who are driving or not. the reception is on 11th floor. you can walk to Wakayama castle from the hotel, but better do it in winter haha

a very nice hotel right on top of the wakayama train station. if you are driving, park at the station parking for 500 yen 24 hrs. you can stamp your ticket at the reception on check out. the onsen on top of the hotel is super nice and you can see Fabolous sunrise in the morning from your room or on the top floor. but actually you are not able to see from soaking in the onsen.

Love this hotel! Just next to the Wakayamashi station and so close to our car rental location. We love that there was a spa for us to go to after a long day out. The hotel is very modern, and the entire hotel has a lovely spa scent everywhere you turn. Makes you feel so good! Wish we had stayed here longer!

The hotel is almost direct connected to Wakayamashi Station, so it was very convenient for arrival and departure. The staff was very supportive and clean. Dropping off my bags early was not a hassle and my room was nice! Highly reccomended!

The hotel ‘s location is simple unbeatable - just a 2 minute walk from the JR station. The hotel itself is modern , clean and comfortable. one of the most unique features of this hotel is the sky view spa , which offers an incredible way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous! Come and experience this hotel and it’ll blow your mind, from the good service upon check in to the spacious, clean, super comfortable Simmons mattress bed and sofas to the amenities and incredible view of the roof top onsen!!! The location is very convenient as long as you arrive at the Nankai Wakayamashi station easily accessible from Kansai Airport. Just purchase a Nankai Electric Company train ticket for 920Y from the Kansai airport train station and you’ll arrive in about an hour. Once you get to Wakayamashi station, exit and walk around the corner of the Pronto Italian restaurant. You’ll see clearly the hotel name Candeo and the entrance to the lifts. Go to the 11th floor to check in. Make sure you purchase a room with buffet breakfast as it’ll exceed your expectations with Japanese and Western options and the view you’ll see of the river, the houses, the train station and the various bridges is just astounding.
