The staff here was absolutely amazing. We arrived later than anticipated due to my daughter’s backpack getting left on the train. The girls at check in were wonderful! They walked us through the steps to report the backpack missing to the train systems. At checkout the next morning the morning staff asked if we’d heard anything about it. Thankfully, it was found and turned into lost and found. They directed us to the correct trains to take and we managed to get it and get to the airport with time to spare. The staff is top notch. We are so grateful for their compassion and commitment to helping us! I highly recommend this hotel location.

The place is nice and near the Otorii station like 2-3 mins. walk from the hotel. The hotel is quite with a nice view and room plus they have sleep wear . I’m very satisfied in terms of the location, customer service and everything.

Very convenient, 2 stops away from Haneda airport. Friendly front desk service, good English. They offer a free shuttle to Haneda Airport, but first come first serve so it may be full if you check in too late ( I checked in after 22:00 and the shuttle service before 8 am were all fully booked for the next day). They didn't offer bottled water, but there is a water dispenser in the lobby by the amenities section. Room was spacious, there was stain on the carpet, so could be cleaner (i didn't take a photo). Towels were a bit stiff, maybe they need some fabric softener. One down side is the light in the room was a bit dim. It's my first time staying at Monday hotel. I dont know if it's the style they are going for, but I like to be able to adjust lighting. Good for one night short stay and convenience for an early flight at Haneda airport.

1. The hotel was very clean, smells like new hotel. Good amenities. Very near to the airport. Good location for a sleepover if your flight is during wee hours. 2. Front desk are very helpful, especially in assisting us to forward our luggage to our next hotel. 3. Very near to train station as well. Location is very convenient. Atmosphere at surrounding areas is homey, clean.
