cleanliness: The hotel is clean, and the rooms are well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned. service: The staff are hospitable, friendly, and always smiling. However, there was a miscommunication regarding the room assignment for my mom and aunt, and we were checked in to our room an hour late. Despite these inconveniences, the staff remained courteous and accommodating. breakfast: We went down for breakfast at 8:00am, but most of the food had already run out. I had to call the staff to request that the food be replenished. Since breakfast was served until 10:00 AM, I expected the food to be adequately replenished throughout the breakfast period. This was disappointing and could have been handled better. transport access: difficult to book a grab. I hope the hotel will add more trip schedule for their shuttle

We checked in very late and were even upgraded. Breakfast buffet was good . It was my partners birthday and we were given a small birthday cake. They have a very nice Thai restaurant Benjarong I highly recommend though a bit expensive but it's worth as the food taste real good. They have plenty of activities. The place could get so full on weekends as people come here for a day experience with entrance Pesos 1,100 they get a lunch buffet use of all facilities and with activities like water Zumba , water polo etc. On Saturdays and Sundays they spray the main swimming pool with bubbles like from 4pm to 6pm for 2 hours. We enjoy our stay . I would rate this hotel about 8 out of 10

one of the best resorts in Cebu. the pool side offers a good view of the sunset. and the resort is gym is huge with a lot of equipments. one thing i noticed is the room floor has moisture but im not sure why. overall, its a great resort

This hotel offers an exclusive and peaceful atmosphere. The room was comfortable, although the design felt a bit old. The air conditioning was also quite cold. But overall, that’s okay because the outdoor atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely give it 5 stars.The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The staycation at Dusit Thank was amazing! Staff were really friendly and customer service was a 10/10. The rooms and facilities are nice, but I wish the main pool was colder because even at night, the pool is really hot. Nonetheless, would still go back here to relax, unwind, eat good food, and have fun with my people.
