the hotel was easy to find and the room was really spacious and it is strategically located in the heart of TST, it is near eveything essential and to experience a local dim sum experience, the hotel is located behind the TST branch of Lin Heung Tea House which is a very famius dimsum house

overall okay stay for a short trip, though it is hard to locate on the first day, afterwards it is okay. just walk through miraplace and you will reach it conveniently. Room is big and spacious.

place was decent. take note that this place is located on a steep hill so you will have to walk at an incline to reach it. the place is surrounded by pubs/bars below so will get crowded at night but people are friendly and wont block your way. you will have to walk a couple of meters to reach the nearest station.

The "Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023" regarding the regulation of disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products was passed by the Legislative Council on October 18, 2023. The government implements regulation on April 22, 2024 (i.e. Earth Day). The Perkin hotel provides free shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap, comb, vanity set and a water dispenser is located in the lobby on the 5th floor. The disposable items mentioned above can be purchased at the front desk on the fifth floor. If they are sold out, no advance notice will be given. Everything is subject to the hotel's decision. Additionally, there are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
