Location is good, a few steps away from Jordan station. The airport bus stop is also nearby which makes travelling convinient. The room is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. Check in and check out process is smooth and fast as well.

the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. we stayed at the 20th flr & the city view is great. Tapat lang ng cafe de coral, walking distance to mtr jordan & jollibee. 15 mins walk to avenue of stars & k11 musea Katabi lang din ng Kowloon Park. If ever given the chance again to go back to Hongkong, I would love to stay here again.

Very accessible to most shopping streets, it also near Jordan MTR station which helps in going to one place to another. The Kowloon Park is literally right next to the hotel. 711 and Wellcome are right across, so you can buy water etc.

The club floor rooms are okay, better that the regular City Vista rooms. tlThe 13F self-service area is okay too, easy access to quick ironing board and washing machines. The view from oue room is awesome. Some staff were nice, but mostly transactional and bit hurried. They don't speak English very well, as expected, but comprehensible.
