spacious you can definitely fix and open ur luggages ! clean! great service, very helpful and kind staff at the front desk ! recommended since it is near the station and convinience store/restos . will definitely stay here again when we go back to tokyo. the balcony is refreshing we had dinner there as well! you’ll get a good view of sky tree too.

it was a great experience ❤️ though it's kind of smaller than we expected, still, the place was super clean and near convenience stores. there's also a vendo machine right outside our room! plus the staff at the front desk is accommodating ☺️

travelled with my mom and the location was good!! it’s just 2 minutes walk to the morishita station elevator (we used elevators since my mom is elderly). The staffs are very friendly too and they speak in English. Room and toilets are clean! I wanna stay here once I go back to Japan!!
