the hotel and the staff were very nice. breakfast was also good. we stayed here before our shinkansen ride to tokyo and it was near and convenient. if you’re planning to transfer from osaka to tokyo via shinkansen, this is a good pre-departure stay

i highly recommend this hotel particularly because of the service of their front desk who helped us with our request to change our room from smoking to non smooking one. despite of the fact that it will take time for them to arrange it but he didn’t hesitate and made a way for our fequest to be granted. it’s my fault that i didn’t notice that I booked a smoking room but I don’t smoke. so their effort made our trip hassle free. plus the location is so accessible.

the hotel is close to shin osaka station and the midosuji line. there are also fast food and coffee shops close to the hotel as well as konbinis. easy check in and check out.
