From location to friendly staff to room cleanliness, Hatago Inn never disappoints me. This would be my 4th time staying in this hotel and it’s always been my top choice whenever I traveling to Osaka and needed to stay around Izumisano area for couple of days.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is a short walk to Rinku Town train station. There is a Lawson at the hotel ground. Room is spacious and i can easily open 2 big luggages and 1 samll cabin size luggage. Aircond can be self adjusted but although we have set the mode to cool, highest fan mode and at the lowest temp possible it is still not as cold but luckily the windows can be open. I loved that there are mangas with 3 languages (Japanese, English, Chinese) at the lobby that can borrow back to the room. There is no taxi that passes by the area, thankfully the receptionist were able to do taxi reservations for us as our flight is very early in the morning. There are staff that are able to speak English so there's no language problem.

Beautiful hotel with amazing manga all-around, this was a great last-minute stay we booked just before our flight. Staff was very helpful. Close to Rinku Markets, loved it there!
