The place is nice and conveniently located within the shopping district of Ikebukuro. However, one downside was the manner in which the breakfast service was handled. We went down at exactly 9:00 a.m., and the food had already been cleared. I was simply looking around and did not ask anyone, but one of the servers noticed me and loudly said that “breakfast is only until 9:00 a.m.” in front of other guests.
While I understand the policy, the way it was communicated felt abrupt and embarrassing. A calmer and more professional approach would have been appreciated, especially since I did not say or request anything.
