the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. they were extremely helpful on how to get around town. they offferd us free transportation to Disney, they gave us all of the best restaurant recommendations. they were even able to call a taxi for us. the service was top notch. they even were able to call our next hotel to let them know we were checking in late and to make sure to wait for our safe arrival. around the hotel their is a 7-11 and the train station is only a few bus stops away.

This hotel has a 7-eleven about a minute walk away, free bus shuttles for both disneyland and sea, bus stations nearby, close to shin-urayasu train station, and is a very calm and quiet area for your stay. The staff has good english and is very helpful giving maps of the area and the train/bus schedule! They were very accommodating, helping us with taxi service too! This hotel is a hidden gem and i would 10/10 recommend!
