I booked a non refundable booking but got a problem with the date and need to move to another date. And was able to move it and got refunded the last agent i spoke with was very helpful and answered all my questions. Will use this app again.

Dates: Mar. 24-28, 2 adults + 1 toddler. rooms are really small. room with small ref, kettle, glasses and cups, hair dryer, slippers. no pajama provided. towels are thin. we used the laudry. they have 5 washers and 6 driers. very far from tourist areas. hotel staff are friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near a Sakura tram station in Tokyo. It was around 500 meters away from the busy Ikebukuro Station and Sunshine City, which we appreciate because we're not really a fan of busy city scapes. The check-in process was super easy. The staff were very nice, and when we got to our room, it was fairly standard for a budget hotel. The linens were clean and crisp. We appreciate the pillows that were used. It was really good, and amenities were complete. However, there was a funky smell coming from the bathroom. We don't know, maybe it was from the sink, but it was really funky. Even after using shampoo and deodorizers, the smell is still there. I believe it has something to do with the drainage system or that it needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

I stayed 9 nights on a solo trip and found this place very peaceful. They do not provide cleaning servics but you can pay extra for it. I found it more comfortable taking the trash out to designated collection place which is next to the hotel entrance. The amenity items near the reception (2/F) are on self serve basis. Staff are all very polite and attended my request promptly. I like the little kitchen in my room but there was no cooking utensils, so I only used the microwave oven. There are places to eat and supermarket and convenient stores are all within 2-5 minutes walk. The location is 10 minutes or less to JR line, 12 minutes to Marunouchi line or 20 minutes to Ikebukuro station on foot. Value for money is very good as I didn’t mind the location and the self serve model.

It was a nice place to stay for my first time in japan. it's nicely situated in a quiet part of ikebukuro but still very close to sunshine city so i had a lot of fun and easy time shopping and roaming around. i'm an anime fan so this is a very ideal place for me. the staff are kind and respectful. The room is clean and spacious enough for 2 people unless you have a lot of luggage. The bathroom is nice too with a tub perfect for soaking after a long cold day. Will definitely stay here again.
