Very nice hotel, centrally located. From its location, you can easily walk your way to Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall and even Siam Paragon. The hotel is just beside centralworld. The staff are all polite and attentive. They are warm and courteous. We deeply appreciate their effort of noting my daughter's 18th birthday. They even gave her a box of chocolate and a card with a very thoughtful message.

Had breakfast for 3 consecutive days at Centara Grand with family of four; all of us enjoyed our heavy breakfast which became our main meal of the day. Very complete and Thai-Asian meals with breads and pastries. Service of the staff in the breakfast area, Ventisi, was excellent. Very prompt to clear out our used dishes and I observed they were quick to clean tables so that others can use them right away. While breakfast time is busy, food was prepared fast and delicious.

It’s our first visit to Bangkok and we wanted to ensure a memorable experience. This hotel is definitely a 5 stars due to the location and also the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The beds were super comfortable and housekeeping was thorough. all the staff from receptionist to the bellboy and conceige were super friendly and helpful. Location wise, Big C supermarket is just opposite and there is walkway to get to the other malls (Siam Paragon). We were a little overwhelmed by the heat and son fell ill. We were glad to be staying in this hotel where the shopping is just below so we spent most of our time and meals within the shopping mall. CentralwOrld is huge and food selection is massive so we never got bored. definitely will come back again!

Great location and excellent service. The Family Premium room is spacious for a family of 4 with 2 king beds and a walk-in wardrobe to the ensuite bathroom. Accessible to CentralWorld Mall via the check-in lobby at Level 23. Take the lift to Level 7 which will bring you to the carpark of the mall. Take a short walk to the entrance of the supermarket which brings you into the mall. Note that the lift access from level 7 to 23 stops at 10pm as the supermarket closes, cutting off access. After 10pm, access the hotel lobby via the back of the mall. Great buffet breakfast spread and not overly crowded as the venue is spacious with lots of tables. Welcome drinks at Uno Mas on Level 54 brings you to great views of Bangkok. Overall a very delightful stay. Will definitely be back!
