We had a wonderful stay at this resort with our family, including my aunt who uses a wheelchair. We requested a wheelchair-accessible room and were glad they accommodated us. Although the beach isn’t within walking distance, the resort provides a shuttle service, and the staff were incredibly helpful especially in assisting my aunt as we moved around the property. The beach itself has fine beige sand with a few small corals, but reef shoes aren’t necessary. There’s also a restaurant by the beach serving good food. While there are no nearby dining options outside the resort, the two restaurants and bar on-site offer great meals. They even surprised us with a cake since we were celebrating a birthday, which we truly appreciated. All the staff were warm, friendly, & attentive. Despite the distance to the beach, we highly recommend this resort especially for families traveling with elderly or wheelchair users. Overall, we had an amazing and memorable stay.

I got upgraded to a better room for free! Anyway, the facilities are great but the floor of the area near my room was dirty. The club itself was huge and has a lot of space so even though there are other people, it felt exclusive. There's a shuttle service if you want to go to the beach or to the yacht port.

the rooms were a little dusty when we got there but it was okay. you can tell that the resort is a little old. majority of the amenities are in the main club area, but the beach area is a few mins shuttle ride away. bfast spread was good. had a nice, peaceful stay overall though. would definitely come back :)
