Very nice luxury hotel experience. The staff was so welcoming and always helpful, and the property itself was beautiful. The room, the lobby, the pool area, the restaurants, the gym, were all great. I felt very happy to come back after a day of touring.
My only disappointment was the tour guide that was provided to us by the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had very strong (and controversial) political opinions that he seemed unable to keep from sharing, and this made me kind of uncomfortable. It was the only time where I felt something a little unprofessional from my stay there. Otherwise, the experience was impeccable.
