Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine. Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good.

The room was fine. Issue was finding parking in that area- we were told the garage isn’t full, went in and out of the garage 3 times trying to find a spot, spending a total of 2 hours! That neighborhood is NOT safe and was very uncomfortable for females to be driving around for that long, so we eventually valeted. The garage is extremely tight and very difficult to navigate, and they eventually put up the garage full sign to stop people from searching for spots. That really ruined our experience.

This hotel is clean, centrally located with many restaurants and food around. The room was cleaned every day and the staff is very friendly. My kids loved this hotel as well. The gym is well equipped.

Hustling and bustling huge hotel full of life. More modern than the sf charming Victorian style hotel. International hub of guests. Super cool front desk man welcoming us with laughs and smiles set the tone for a fun evening. Pillows were excellent!!
