Overall, my vacation at this hotel was quite good and the room was nice too. It just that swimming pool facilities was under maintenance which I don't know during booking and my child quite disappointed. My suggestion is this apps should update if any of facilities are under maintenance so user can decide whether to continue book or change to other hotel.

Booked super last minute because my other booking pulled through and I’m very happy with vivatel. Came with free breakfast on all three days and late checkout. Happy with their service and amenities. Just that it is far from malls so have to grab. Got connecting rooms, and it’s enough space to walk around and put luggage freely.
