We had a great stay here, the rooms are small but so are they all in Tokyo. It was about a 15 min walk to the station and central Shinjuku about 20 minutes. It was nice being opposite the park and Metropolitan Government Building. It has a free light show every evening and you can go up the towers to the 45th floor for free views.

Everyone in the hotel is very accommodating. The room size is just enough for two people, hotel is just walking distance from attractions and accessible to stations going to other places like Shibuya, Ginza and Harajuku.
