perfert location, there are 溫泉 locate in level 2, love that. We can go down for shower + 溫泉. My kids love it so much!! this is the second time we stay at this hotel. recommend

last minute booking , so price is high compare to the room size which was very tiny, not really enough space for luggage . Beside from that quite impressive small hotel, clean, all you need amenities , convenient location, onsen. no bf

Excellent location, helpful staff. Special thanks to the tall guy who booked us a taxi, even helped us carry our luggage, and earlier lent us the weighing scale. Thanks to the cleaning staff who gives us all the drinking water we ask for. Loved the organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handwash. Wish there was lotion and alcohol spray. Need bigger trash box in toilet.

location is great . Lots of food and shopping within the area. ueno park, street market and ueno station is just around the corner.❤️If you come from narita airport, direct line thru skyliner and after 45minutes you are in ueno station and just walk around 5minutes to your hotel. very convenient.
