We arrived before around 1:00 PM after traveling from Bulacan and understood that our room would only be available at 3:00 PM. So we had lunch first at one of their restaurants. However, even after 3:00 PM, the room was still not ready. I followed up several times from 2:10 PM until 3:30 PM, but there was little explanation from the front desk. As a first-time guest at the hotel, I was disappointed, especially considering its reputation as a multi-awarded property. We appreciated being given a late check-out until 1:00 PM the next day. However, I also felt that we were not properly informed about basic hotel details such as breakfast location and hours, plated breakfast options, Wi-Fi, and other amenities. We had also requested a small birthday surprise in advance, but there was no setup in the room. Overall, the hotel itself was nice, but the delayed room readiness and lack of communication made our check-in experience disappointing.
