Good thing I still pushed my trip to Baguio even though the weather wasn’t good. I love this place, the staffs are so nice and approachable. Clean room and bed. The breakfast buffet is gooood!! walking distance lang din sa Burnham Park

Location: great. breakfast:had a problem with the breakfast buffet vouchers, upon check in they told us to get it at the reception in the morning, then when we went there they told us they already gave it to us, so we went upstairs again then went down again bec what they gave is wifi pass not bfast voucher, and eventually its bec they gave it to other guests. hassle so early in the morning bec I have a toddler with me. why not just give it upon check in not claiming again next day. Also, that system is very outdated, they should have it in the system at the entrance to buffet which guests availed for that day. Lacking in good customer service bec they look confused all the time with basic hotel stay customer needs. But, good food bfast selections and big plus on espresso coffee. cleanliness:fairly clean. eeds more free toiletries and the toilet is slippery, my son slipped. One keycard per room only was given, so we have to leave our room key also for make up room service.

The place was just right and its located near affordable restaurants. The atmosphere was good and the room was actually so comfy. Heater was working (though at first it wasnt working but the staff assisted and it was resolved) The one that I loved was the placement of switches of lights and the air-conditioner was just beside of your head rest.
