Great location, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The only area for improvement is the room’s cleanliness, as we noticed a few small insects. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortably cold, which made our stay relaxing. However, there was no smart TV available. Hopefully, they can upgrade to a smart TV next time to make the experience even better. πŸ™‚

we stayed for 4 nights with a baby, it was comfortable in general. they can improve on their cleanliness, especially the carpet, it would be nice if they vaccum it well. For the breakfast, most of the choices are indian or Malay food which for us who are not used to the food will not be able to enjoy it. You'll get tired of the food after a few meals. location was great though.

This is my second time to book at Metro Hotel. I love the location because it's near Imbi monorail station (if you book tours via Klook, the meeting point for most of the KL tours is at Berjaya which is at the opposite side of this hotel) and the breakfast options are good. Rooms are cleaned well plus if you stayed there and asked if you could leave your bags for a few hours, they'd gladly accommodate your request. I recommend that you visit Jalan Alor Food Street nearby at night.

location was super nice it had nearby malls and jalan alor food market was just walking distance. One of the staff was super helpful he helped us weigh pur luggages. Just that the towels still had some stains. The food selection during breakfast were mostly indian food.
