The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Reception hours are 9 AM-4 PM on Sunday. This property is not suitable for guests who are required to quarantine, due to the property's communal areas. Bookings for individuals or groups for the purpose of attending parties during Schoolies weeks (mid-November through mid-December annually) are prohibited and will be rejected.
