Me and my parents really enjoyed our stay here at Big M Hotel. The hotel is very convenient in all aspects like train stations, malls, food chains etc. Approachable staff personnels are a plus. Definitely, we highly recommend this hotel.

Our 5-day stay at BigM Hotel was really nice. The location is super convenient and within walking distance to Masjid Jamek Station, Mydin, KL Sentral, River of Life, Petaling Street and lots of local food eatery. There are also fast food (Mcdo & KFC), convenience stores, Watsons and ATMs nearby.
If you’re on a budget but still want a clean and comfortable room, I definitely recommend this place.
They allowed us to check in early (if a room is available) and also let us leave our baggage when we arrived before check-in time. The room had a hot shower and bidet and room was cleaned daily. We also got free bottled water and instant coffee everyday.
Overall, it was a great stay for the price!

Overall satisfied with my 2-night stay in room 404 (superior queen). Just a few things for improvement:- 1) Ventilation fan in the bathroom isn't working. 2) The hairdryer, eventhough still functioning, shd be replaced bc the wire cord is exposed. I accidently got a little electric shock. 3) Aircond remote isn't working so the temperature couldn't be adjusted. 4) Towels can be more clean to ensure hygiene. 5) A few sachets of sugar/creamer could be very useful for the guests. Thank you
