Rooms walls are very thin, can hear noise from neighboring rooms. Breakfast quality, Room Pest Control and Overall Facilities can be improved.

Room was clean upon arrival. If you need stuff like iron, fridge, extra amenities, you have to call the front desk. They won't mention these upon check out, so you better ask if you need it. Not all rooms are equipped with fridge. Minimal fee for additional head for their breakfast buffet. If you want to have an early check-in you have to pay for additional 1,500. Only downside from our stay was when I asked for an extra chair (we are doing hair and makeup for an event) and they said don't have extra chairs, however after visiting their restaurant and lobby, we've seen extra chairs that they are not using.

The location was convenient for me as I had to attend an event nearby. There was a minor problem in the reservation, as it did not reflect that the room I booked includes breakfast. I had to contact Klook to clarify, which they did. I am unsure if it was transmitted to the property since I opted not to get the breakfast and arranged my own breakfast at a coffee shop nearby.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, our room’s deadbolt was broken—the ball end was missing—so it couldn’t lock properly. Aside from that, everything else was great.
