Wonderful staff and property. There were three breakfast options. We tried two and both were very good. Nice shopping area. Close to train station. Beautiful garden.

Very clean and excellent service. I would have liked a bit more exercise equipment. Also, would have liked if they had do-it-yourself laundry, though I understand that is unusual for high-end hotels.

No iron in the room but you can call for one. Room service can warm up your food in a microwave for free. Buffet Breakfast was quite pricey around £30 per person per day which if you are a Big eater in the morning is fine but if you just want lighter breakfast you can easily go across the road and there’s cafes and breakfast places for a lot cheaper. The deluxe room in the garden tower are so much more bigger. You have a living area and a sleeping area and if you put a third bed I for £30 a night you still have lots of space
