This stay has been our 2nd in this hotel. We checked in late in the evening and the restaurant was 20 minutes away from closing but still the restaurant staff graciously served us delicious food. We are grateful for their service. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children. The room is huge, not your ordinary room size, clean, comfortable and close to malls, restaurants and airport. Thank you to Acacia Hotel for the warm hospitality.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The only area that needs improvement is the shower area. The shower heads looked dirty, and some of the tiles appeared moldy, making the bathroom feel outdated. A thorough deep cleaning and some renovations would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay.

transport access: Good. Near malls, the airport, and easy to locate. cleanliness: Spotless bedroom. Very clean linens and quality sheets breakfast: Good buffet selection with both Filipino and Western options service: Fastest check-in and check-out we every experienced in all hotels we tried so far. Nice staff and they even treated me with a complimentary cake for my birthday. I couldn’t believe how good it was, usually I don’t like free cakes but surprised we honestly enjoyed it.😁Thank you

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Acacia Hotel with my sister before our early morning BUDA tour. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk from SM Lanang, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Davao!

I had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is convenient, as it's easily accessible from the airport and close to shopping centers. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, and I appreciated the fast room service, which added to the convenience of my stay. One area for improvement would be the air conditioning; while the weather was warmer outside, the cooling could have been more effective for added comfort. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist, and their warm smiles made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a friendly and accessible hotel option in Davao City.
