service: Very accomodating and SuperB sevice!

We were excited to try out QC's newest hotel which was built on the concept of "Alagang Filipino" or genuine care. From the outside, the building had a modern clean facade. Lobby is on the 7th floor thereby giving their All Dining Restaurant Kutchara a bigger foot print. Smart layout to maximize space. Check it was warm and engaging We were immediately offered welcome drinks...specifically Sago't Gulaman. Very true to brand. Kudos to the whole team led by Ms. EMS, Diana, Camille and Sam who helped with our luggages. Thank you for the surprise in the room which made the stay even more memorable. Breakfast was also quiet enjoyable with the curated buffet spread festuring Ilonggo dishes at Kutchara. Again Robert and Jean looked out for us during breakfast offering hot coffee options and the Taho trolley service which brought back childhood memories. A small caveat...The shower water pressure was not strong enough to our liking. Suggest a maintenance check up to address this.

Stayed here for a night. Staffs here are approacheable and acommodating. The rooms are smells nice and clean. The breakfast is good, there are lots of options to choose from the buffet. The hotel location is nice, its easy to navigate and it’s along the highway. There is enough space for parking. The SLMC QC hosptal is right infront of the building and nearby fast foods. For the transportation, it was easy. For the experience, It really feels like home beacuse you have everything you need.

cleanliness: perfect maybe because it's a new hotel? Could pass as 5 star level. They opened 5 months ago. Twin beds are easily movable to be one bigger bed. breakfast: I love their bacon both in taste and texture. Portions of their bacon are crispy. hotel location: closest to St Luke's QC transport access: public transport accessible (jeep) service: excellent service. They never made us wait for long

breakfast:food was good and has quality. rooms is very relaxing and clean.the staff is very polite and accommodating. 😀

We had a great stay at their hotel. Since its newly open as expected everything is new. Will definitely be back again. More filipino food option for breakfast buffet such as dilis, daing, bacon, hot chocolate, syrup or butter for pancake, waffles

Convenient location & great service

I had a wonderful stay at Alino Hotel from Saturday to Sunday. The service was absolutely top notch, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was super comfortable, plus the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel also provided a smart TV, container of drinking water and a microwave in the room, which added even more convenience. Everything was fantastic, especially since it’s just a short walk from the theater district. The only small issue was that there wasn’t a clear sign when you enter, and I didn’t realize the lobby was on the 7th floor, no one mentioned it on arrival. But aside from that, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I really had a great stay in this hotel. Kudos to all the staff, from the polite guards to the restaurant staff, and to the thoughtful manager. I have a fracture and I am having a hard time walking but the staff made everything easy for me. Customer service is a 10/10. The hotel room itself is also superb as it is really clean and it smells clean. I love the spacious bathroom and the super comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again. 💗🫶🏻
