The staff are easy to deal with. In terms of location, it’s very accessible to places you might want to go—it's within walking distance to the MRT and malls. We did notice some cockroaches during our visits, but when we informed the staff, they promptly sent someone to take care of it. We also experienced slow Wi-Fi on our floor, and they offered to transfer us to a different room at no additional cost. Overall, in terms of budget and location, this place is a good option.
