Close to train station and also near lawson.

Good value if you have a car as it's a bit of a distance away from the main attractions. Rooms are on the smaller side, self service check in and amenities

This hotel was a delightful surprise! It perfectly embodies the clean, efficient, and subtly upscale aesthetic of a high-quality Japanese business hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by the polished atmosphere and the attentive staff. The breakfast was truly outstanding. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the croissants and chili.. It was a fantastic way to start the day. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for our trip. We were in town for a concert in the Koto area, and the hotel's direct access to the train station made navigating the city effortless. This saved us valuable time and energy, allowing us to fully enjoy our sightseeing and the concert. We arrived quite early in the morning, and the staff was extremely accommodating regarding our early check-in request. While there was a small fee of ¥1000, it was absolutely worth it to be able to access our room after a long morning of sightseeing. The room provided a much-needed respite, allowing us to refresh and prepare for the rest of our day. The room itself was well-appointed, modern and minimalist, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and upscale stay in the [mention the city/area]. The combination of excellent service, a fantastic breakfast, and a prime location makes it an ideal choice, especially for those who need easy access to the train system. We would definitely stay here again!"

My parents loved the atmosphere of the hotel but they said the same thing. The rooms were just a little bit too small but amazing with everything else

The only let down was the size of the rooms but staff and atmosphere of the hotel was amazing! Easily one of my favorite hotels on my trip
