The experience was great! Staff were very accommodating and helpful with every request. Food at the Hidden Star restaurant and bar were all good too!

it was such a great experience booking a hotel here. the staffs are all accomodating and approachable. The room is the same as what was posted here and the bathroom is huge. there’s also a restobar above so the food is also accessible. might book here again when I go to to Cebu for another time.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and accommodating from check-in until check-out. The hotel is easy to locate, and being inside a subdivision made it peaceful and quiet. Our room was clean, neat, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the nice pool, the beautiful rooftop restaurant, and the added conveniences like massage services, airport transfers, a 24-hour convenience store in front, and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
A few things could be improved: the bathroom door lock wasn't working, there were only three power outlets, and the refrigerator's placement felt awkward and could be a safety concern if you're not careful. The rooftop restaurant is lovely but quite pricey, and there aren't many nearby establishments because of the hotel's location.
Overall, these were only minor issues. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Great service, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere made it a worthwhile experience.
