We stayed on a weekday, so the resort had a few guests and was calm and relaxing. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet, with lush gardens, manicured lawns, clean pools, and plenty of activities. Staff most esp the frontdesk were polite and helpful, rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, breakfast was good, and there’s an on-site chapel. The main issue was the number of flies—they were everywhere, including around 5–7 inside our room during our stay. Our friends also hired two masseuses, but one could not give a proper hard massage and did not check on our companion afterward or provide any guidance, unlike her husband who received proper attention and instructions. Other minor downsides: no hairdryer, dental kits and laundry bags not provided initially, ceiling fans and water heater tricky to operate, some areas dusty, TV didn’t work, and restaurant choices were limited and pricey. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and the kids had a great time.

A wonderful place with great food, a lovely atmosphere, and friendly people. Everything was just perfect—from the taste of the food to the warm service. It truly felt welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely go back again.

What really stood out was the staff; they were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service!
