The rooms are big and clean. staff is very kind and approachable. the pool is clean. transport access is easy, locatiin is very near to malls.

Booked the 3 bedroom room for a birthday. It was on a weekday so not crowded, and I think we are the only occupant in that floor. Automatically, what was booked is the oceanview so I love klook for that. We were given the corner room which is good for celeberation, if in case there are other people occupying the floor. I also called them to ask if it is okay to bring Lechon, and they are not strict with what food you are gonna bring. A lot of chinese establishment around the area, as well. Only downside is that, there were dead cockroaches in the laundry area, so I called the housekeeping, and they took care of it. Also, no public transpo to get in and out of the area, would have to book Grab taxi. The pool is not instagram-worthy, but it is long. Sorry for the pics, just took screenshot from the vid I took. Hotel Location is good it’s near in SM MOA, Staffs are nice, Breakfast Buffet is not N/A when I was there but they provide packed Bfast for Us. Over All Stay was nice it has a huge room too.

We booked a three-bedroom unit, and it was very spacious. It felt more like a condo than a hotel, but it was still comfortable and nice. However, the unit needs some repairs—the headboard and part of the ceiling design were coming loose, and some wall sockets should be replaced because they were difficult to use. A small fridge, washing machine, shoe racks, and an office table would be great additions. The TV should be at least 55 inches. Water pressure was excellent and very impressive. One downside was the presence of cockroaches—during our two-night stay, I had to kill five of them. I hope this issue will be addressed, as it affects the overall experience. Adding diffusers could also help create a more hotel-like and relaxing feel. The staff were very welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was okay, but adding a few more menu options, desserts, and fruits would improve it. Overall, we're happy w/ the stay and hope the issues can be fixed so we can come back next yr.

The staff at the reception including the Hotel Lady Manager (Chinese) were all very accommodating. The moment we arrived late and told them it's my bday, they prepare an impromptu decorations for me. For us,y family it's worth it staying to there hotel and we will book again and recommends to our friends enjoyable, comfortable stay 👍👍👍👍

The doorbell in our room was not working, and when we arrived to check in around 3:00 PM, the staff seemed unsure about our accommodation. Despite checking in late, we were not allowed to check in immediately and were told that the room was still being cleaned. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, but improvements in maintenance and staff coordination during check-in would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We stayed here for a night. Check in and check out process was quick and no hassle. They have parking for guest, with nearby convenience store, room was very spacious. Accessible to MOA, airport etc. They also offer airport transfer.
