room was clean and tidy. but rooms are scheduled to be cleaned only 1x every 3 days. The AC sound may bother you while sleeping at night. staff are accomodating

The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are approachable, friendly, and always ready to assist guests right away. The room was also much more spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo. The location is very convenient, as it is just a short walk from Akebonobashi Station, making it easy to get around the city. One thing to note is that there is no free coffee available. So, if you're a coffee lover, this place might not be for you! 😂 Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located place to stay in Tokyo.

the staff is so kind and helpful, the location is great since it’s so close to train station. it’s a little outdated but I didn’t mind, given everything else was great. they also helped with luggage transfer which is very helpful/necessary traveling between hotels. I recommend this stay!

The staff were very nice, hospitable and friendly. They even helped us pack our box and tie it. The cleaners made sure to greet you every morning. The only downside of this hotel is the size of their room.
