despite klook making a error with our booking, we were supposed to be in the level top accommodation ,the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and made sure we had a excellent room. not quite what we'd booked but very satisfactory. highly recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at Meliá Vinpearl Hue for two nights and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Hue, within walking distance of many of the city's most popular attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and stunning views of the Perfume River. The hotel also has a number of excellent restaurants, a spa, and a fitness centre. Here are some of the pros and cons of my stay: Pros: Spacious and well-appointed rooms Stunning views of the Perfume River Excellent restaurants Friendly and helpful staff Convenient location Cons: The hotel is located on a busy street, so there can be some slight noise pollution if you stay at the lower floors. Overall, I would highly recommend Meliá Vinpearl Hue to anyone visiting Hue. The staff were amicable and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Vinpearl Hue and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue. It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel with excellent service.

Wonderful hotel - we stayed only for one night but highly recommended. Probably the best hotel tried in our experience in Vietnam. Reasonable price but large rooms, staff always available for every request, best buffet breakfast tried. For sure we will stay again with Melina hotel in other cities due to the experience in Hue.
