There were a few things that needs improvement (lack of mirrors, weak wifi, hangers) but regardless we very much still enjoyed our stay. Their crews are exceptional, very friendly, respectful and accommodating. Best part was the free shuttle service to and from Balatero port as well as from white beach to and from the hotel. Also the location is great. Away from the crowds of White beach but still very near—just a 2-3min service ride from the hotel.
