The palce is nice and very vibrant. They have 24/7 security and accessible to roads for commute experience. The staff is also accomodating as we booked a double booking and called for cancellation and customer service. Due to double booking the 2nd booking is cancelled and we request for a refund which they also agreed upon. I am very satisfied by their support and service. Hope to stay more nights once we come back to Iloilo.

Had a great stay at Hop Inn Iloilo. The hotel is super clean, the staff are very polite and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The location is one of the best—close to almost everything, making it very convenient to go around. The price is also affordable and definitely worth it! My only minor concerns were that there’s no refrigerator inside the room and the air-conditioning wasn’t as cold as I expected. But overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again! ❤️
