Great

Solo stay

The room was simple and nice with all amenities provided. The wifi was also quite fast and the staff members were responsive (including accommodating my late check-in since my flight got to Hanoi quite late at night). The location straddling the lake and Old Quarter is great for exploring Hanoi and getting a feel for the city, and the included breakfast also wasn't bad. My room did not have a window, which was a little unusual, but I had a good stay overall and would recommend to others looking for a decent, centrally located hotel to stay in that is not too expensive.

There was construction happening from 6am to 7pm where concrete was being drilled this whole time. Absolutely unbearable to be in the room. Also, the rooms have NO WINDOWS. The ad says “city view” but the room has no access to sunlight or ventilation.
