It was a good location, quiet neighbourhood just out of the loop of busy streets, near subways and trains. Near conbinis and other restaurants. Sweet staff, very helpful. Room was tiny, but hotel clean and we had one towel and asking for another was no trouble, even later got a whole bag of towels at the door. We left with rain and could keep the umbrella, which was nice. But later we discovered, we left our pluche toy pokemon. Although we could not get intouch with the hotel by phone and later we send a friend to ask if was found and could pick up, they claimed had not find a toy. Eventually through the service desk of klook it was found, surprise. A bit late no longer in the country, so we couldnt get the pluche toy back. The sending fee to europe was a high, so dont forget stuff at hotel when far away! Hope they donate toy to a child they know! The rose bathsalts are very nice, lovely scent and makes the water a great pink/purple color! And the tropical a nice green color!Very fun!

Room is small and there are no see through windows in our room. Still enjoyed out stay in this hotel due to friendly staff and best location. walking distance to Akihabara. Will surely stay again in the future.

we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the rooms were a normal size for Japan, the staff were lovely and helpful. very clean and good location.

Very recommended hotel if you want to stay in quiet area. 7 minutes to JR Kanda station. The bed size was quite large. Enjoy when stay here
