Had an excellent experience during my 2 nights stay, they even allowed me to stay in the resto area while waiting for my bus pick up at 11pm though I already checked out at 10am. Their egg coffee is the best and a must try. The hotel is also very near to Sapa plaza. Staff also speaks English and easy to deal with.

Would definitely book this hotel again when going to Sapa. This is about 10min away from Sapa center, it was very peaceful and quiet and gives us the chance to re-energize. We wer allowed to check-in early and that is a great relief for travellers as we have travelled 6-7hrs. The staff were helpful and attentive. The rooms were neat and clean

Lovable room deco. Grab service is convenient and if dont mind walking the stair up and down, actually quite near to reach attraction place like Sun Plaza, Sapa square, Stone church.

transport access: it's near to the sun plaza, very accessible
breakfast: the food is very delicious, they have a good cook
