We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. The room was quite hot, and the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the space properly. The hotel is still using an older window-type air conditioner, which struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, especially during warmer hours. While the staff was courteous, upgrading the cooling system would greatly improve the guest experience.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent service. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great location in the heart of the city. Got to experience a Lion Dance on the elevator, it was so cool.Highly recommend for business or leisure stays.
