The GoodLocation & Access: Highly accessible. It is an easy walk to Manila Bay's Baywalk. The surrounding area stays bustling and alive even at 2:00 AM, with nearby KTV bars and evening street activity. Amenities: The room comes with handy kitchenette items, including a working fridge, stove, plates, and a spatula. Bathroom: The shower is fantastic, featuring precise temperature control.Staff: The receptionists are remarkably helpful, attentive, and quick to assist with requests like extra rags, dishwashing soap, slippers, and bottled water (they provide small Nature's Spring bottles).The Room for ImprovementCleanliness: While the room is decent overall, I noticed a few small cockroaches in the kitchen area, which needs closer attention.Overall, it is a solid, budget-friendly choice if you prioritize a central location and great service, though a bit of pest control would make it much better.

It was a great service and experience. Even though we didnt get the room that we booked due to minimal problem the receptionist gave us a complimentary instead by extending our stay.

the hotel is just fine. it's an old building so it's understandable that you'll find a few roaches inside the room. the view is awesome because I was in the 41st floor. parking was very steep. i was scared at first but gotten used to it. the hotel staff though is a different story. they're very accomodating and will go far and beyond to grant requests. i would definitely recommend the place because of the awesome, helpful staff
