They don't have elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. They provide toothbrush set, coffee and tea sachets, and there's a water refilling station outside the hallway apart from the 2 water bottles inside the room. They provided an all-in-one shampoo/body wash/handsoap so it's better you bring your own. Towel is supposedly provided too but the staff forgot so I just used my own. It's 2 blocks away from KTM Klang station so it's easy to find, with lots of local eateries nearby. This is also located at the 'Little India' area of Klang so most of the clothing stores you'll see caters to them. Lastly, it was formerly named BIZ hotel and was changed to MS hotel so you may have to ping either one when using grab or airasia go.
